Textures! Colors! Patterns & Shapes Abound! Join me for this exciting 2-day workshop!
Have you ever seen a pattern on a sidewalk or a weathered wall that stopped you in your tracks? Or, lines and patterns in beach sand that intrigued you? Employing the powers of “Vision & Touch” with mixed media and warm, pigmented encaustic wax, you will learn how to interpret these dynamic surfaces that surround you! Or, interpret a theme you love in many different ways! Your final project will either be a "mosaic" of your texture tiles OR a "book" of textures. Join me for 2 days of TEXTURE IMMERSION and mixed media mania! ALL LEVELS are welcome! This workshop is part of Art & Soul-Portland 2018 (Oregon, USA). Space is limited, the cost is $295.
